Introduction
Welcome to Travaso, operated by Anydoor International LLC, d/b/a Travaso ("Travaso," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our travel booking services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Services
Travaso provides personalized travel booking services including but not limited to accommodation, flight, and transportation bookings.
Our services include:
- Recommending tailored travel offers.
- Facilitating bookings with selected travel providers.
- Assisting with changes, cancellations, or rescheduling as needed.
Payment and Deposits
When booking through Travaso, you agree to pay a booking deposit or service fee upfront.
This deposit guarantees your reservation and is applied toward the total cost of your booking.
The remaining balance will be paid directly to the service provider at the time of travel. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Travaso Insider Subscription
Travaso offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called "Travaso Insider" that provides access to exclusive member rates, priority support, and additional benefits within the Travaso mobile app.
Subscription Plans:
- Annual Plan: $199.99 per year
- Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month
Billing and Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
Managing and Canceling Your Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings on your device. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, then select the Travaso Insider subscription to modify or cancel it. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to Insider benefits until that date.
Free Trial: Your first booking through Travaso includes a free trial of Travaso Insider benefits. The trial period lasts until 7 days after your trip checkout date. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to continue receiving Insider benefits. You will not be automatically charged at the end of the trial.
Subscription prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price changes. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider. Travaso will provide you with the cancellation and refund terms for each booking before finalizing your reservation.
It is your responsibility to understand and adhere to the provider's terms. Travaso will assist in facilitating cancellations and refunds according to the provider's policies.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for all bookings.
- Comply with the terms and conditions set by travel providers.
- Notify us promptly of any issues or changes in your travel plans.
Limitations of Liability
Travaso is a booking intermediary. We are not responsible for the actions or services provided by third-party travel providers, including but not limited to accommodation facilities, airlines, or transportation companies.
In no event will Travaso be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and services provided by Travaso are the property of Anydoor International LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary information without our prior written consent.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
